A Creator Manager is the leader behind a group of TikTok LIVE streamers. You find them, you onboard them, and you keep them growing. Here is what the job looks like day to day.

Find the talent

Source promising TikTok creators and pitch them on going LIVE with QuakesLegacy. You are the first face they meet.

Onboard them

Walk new streamers through setup, invitation codes, and their first LIVE. We hand you every resource and script you need.

Coach the growth

Share what works. Help your roster sharpen their LIVE, hold streak goals, and climb in diamonds week over week.

Be their person

Check in, solve problems, and keep the group tight. Retention is leadership, and it pays you back.

02The incentive

You win when they win.

There is no cap and no ceiling. Your payout is tied to the diamonds your creators earn on LIVE, so a stronger roster means a bigger month for you.

Bonus on results

You earn a cut of the diamonds your creators bring in. Sign strong talent, keep them streaming, and your monthly bonus follows.

No cap

There is no fixed salary ceiling. A roster of ten active streamers pays very differently than one, and that is entirely on you.

Compounding income

Creators you onboarded months ago keep earning. Your roster stacks, and so does the bonus that rides on top of it.

Good to know.

Do I need to stream?

No. You can if you want, but your job is to recruit and grow other creators, not to perform on camera yourself.

Where can I work from?

Anywhere. The role is fully remote. All you need is a phone, a laptop, and the drive to message creators every day.

Is it really commission only?

Yes. This is a 100% performance role. If you want a fixed paycheck for low effort, this is not the program for you.
