Multiple Account Violation & Risk Policy
For All Creators Joining Quakeslegacy (TikTok LIVE Agency)
Welcome! Before you officially join Quakeslegacy, it's critical that you understand how TikTok's Multiple Account Policy works — and what can put your account or eligibility at risk.
Breaking these rules can result in losing your spot in our agency and being banned from all TikTok Creator Networks. Please read carefully.
What Is a Multiple Account Violation?
A Multiple Account Violation happens when:
- You join Quakeslegacy with Account A
- But you also have Account B
- And Account B has been used for LIVE streaming at any point, or is already linked to another agency
🚫 TikTok allows only one LIVE creator account to be connected to one Creator Network. Having multiple accounts involved with multiple agencies is a violation.
What happens if you violate this:
- • Immediate termination from our agency
- • TikTok will likely blacklist all of your accounts, making you ineligible to join any agency
- • You could lose your place as a TikTok LIVE creator altogether
What Is a Multiple Account Risk?
A Multiple Account Risk is a warning TikTok sends to our agency when we try to invite you.
TikTok's API is extremely advanced and can detect:
- Past account activity
- Hidden connections between accounts
- Devices, IPs, rebrands, deletions — it sees it all
Some common reasons for a risk warning:
- • A fan account was created using your likeness (usually harmless)
- • You deleted a previous LIVE account thinking it wouldn't be detected (but it is)
- • You have another account that is rebranded, but the system still recognizes a connection
⚠️ If a risk appears, we may delay your onboarding until we confirm it's not a violation.
What's Fine (Won't Trigger a Violation)
Not all multiple accounts are bad — context matters. Here's what's completely okay:
You have two accounts in different niches
Example:
- • Account A is your main LIVE + variety content account
- • Account B is a separate gym, fashion, gaming, or business niche
✅ This is 100% fine as long as:
- • You only go LIVE on Account A (your agency-linked account)
- • You never use Account B to go LIVE
❌ Going LIVE on the second account (even once) could trigger a violation.
What To Avoid
To protect your eligibility and creator future:
🧠 In TikTok's Words
"One eligible LIVE creator adopts only one TikTok account to join the network of one Creator Network on TikTok."
TikTok may determine account ownership based on who appears in LIVE or video content the most — and make that call at their sole discretion.
Final Reminder
We're here to help you grow — but compliance is not optional.
If you're ever unsure about another account you have (or had), please ask us first before proceeding. We'd rather clear it early than risk losing your account and opportunity.
See you on LIVE 🎥
